As a Performance Nutrition Doctor and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I believe in creating generational health. My goal is to educate and empower you to establish a foundation of healthy living for yourself and your family. The lifestyle choices you make today can improve not only your health, but the health of your loved ones for generations.
With well over a decade of experience in nutrition and wellness, I enjoy teaching clients to improve their daily habits to experience the benefits of good nutrition and consistent movement. Your lifestyle can change your outcomes and your performance at work, at school, or in your sport.
I earned a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition degree, specializing in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. I earned a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from The Ohio State University.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me in the kitchen cooking, spending time with my husband and kids, or at the track coaching youth track stars.
