Roasted Butternut Squash Halves
- 1 medium butternut squash
- Olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Rinse butternut squash. Cut off stem end. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
- Drizzle each half with olive oil. Season with pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Turn each half face down in baking pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, until fork tender.
