Roasted Butternut Squash Halves


  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Onion Powder
  •  Garlic Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Rinse butternut squash. Cut off stem end. Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
  3. Drizzle each half with olive oil. Season with pepper, salt, onion powder and garlic powder.
  4. Turn each half face down in baking pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, until fork tender.
  6. Enjoy!
